Request Service

Hiring a process server doesn’t have to be a difficult process. Our affiliates at Serve-now.com put together a checklist for hiring a process server. You can view the full article here. We here at ASAP Serve would like to make it easier for you to use this handy checklist to make an informed decision about our company. We thought it might save you some time if we went through the checklist and did some of the research for you. We will provide links to our site as well, so you can see for yourself what a great company ASAP Serve truly is.

The following is quoted from the Serve Now article with our comments and links in italics [like this]:

  1. Find a Trusted Process Server
Trusted networks are great because the process servers are pre-screened, and you have someone to call outside of the server if there is an issue.ASAP Serve is a member of the Arizona Process Server Association, the National Process Server Association, the National Association of Professional Process Servers, and is also affiliated with Serve Now.
  2. Verify License or Registration and Association Members
Not all states and counties require process servers to be licensed, so it’s important to check. Arizona does require registration and all ASAP Serve process servers are registered.
  3. Ask if They Have an E&O Policy or Bond
Although not required in many states, some process servers are bonded and carry Errors and Omissions Insurance. In accordance with Arizona state law, all of our ASAP Serve process servers have at least a $15,000 surety bond.
  4. Check Their Website
A company’s website can help to establish their legitimacy, and can give you more insight into the values of the people who will serve your papers. Check ours out www.asapserve.com.
  5. Search for Internet Complaints
An internet search of the company’s name and ‘complaints’ can reveal a lot about their history and if they have any unsatisfied former clients. We our proud to have maintained high customer satisfaction. Check it out for yourself. We recommend searching for “ASAP Server Complaints” and see what you can find.
  6. Ask for Recommendations
A trusted process server should have access to letters of recommendation and testimonials, which will give insight into their customer service. To read testimonials about ASAP Serve, please visit our testimonials page here.
  7. Be Mindful of Price – You Get What You Pay For
$45-$70 is standard for a no-rush serve, depending on the area. It’s fairly inexpensive when you consider what is being performed. Our services are as low as $69. More pricing information is available here. Be sure to look at the “Specials” drop down menu to see what specials are available in your area.
