FORT MYERS SHORES, Fla. – A process server found herself looking down the wrong end of a gun in Fort Myers Shores on Tuesday.
Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 61-year-old David Gould after he allegedly threatened the process server outside his home in the 13000 of Caribbean Blvd.
The server had gone to Gould’s front door. He told her to leave or he was going to call the law. She returned to her vehicle and to copy down the number on the license plate of the vehicle that was parked in the driveway. When she looked up, Gould was standing before her, pointing a rifle-like gun at her.

He then put his finger on the trigger and said to the victim, “Pull out or die.” As the victim was putting her vehicle in reverse, Gould is accused of screaming at her that she was “gonna die.”

Gould is facing charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
